Salary: $79,499 – $90,000 per annum plus superannuation
Cup & Co Floreat is seeking an experienced and motivated Café Manager to join our busy and growing hospitality business.
This is a full-time position suitable for an experienced hospitality professional who can lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-volume café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily café operations
- Leading, training, and supervising staff
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards
- Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Monitoring labour costs and staff rostering
- Maintaining food safety and workplace health and safety standards
- Assisting with business growth and operational improvements
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a café or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience with staff rostering and labour management
- Sound understanding of food safety requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with POS and hospitality management systems
