Partnership Opportunity for PBS Clinicians Across Australia
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Clinicians who already have an existing client base and are looking for a supportive organisation to partner with on a flexible fee-sharing basis.

About the Role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will deliver person-centred Positive Behaviour Support services to paediatric and/or adult participants within their local community and via telehealth where appropriate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
- Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans
- Working collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and support teams
- Supporting reduction of restrictive practices
- Monitoring participant progress and reviewing intervention strategies
- Delivering evidence-based, ethical, and person-centred supports
- Maintaining accurate documentation and NDIS-compliant reporting
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Registration as a Core, Proficient, or Advanced NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Behavioural Science, Education, or related fields
- Existing NDIS client base or referral network preferred
- Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
