Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join our team.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Spray Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting a wide range of vehicles to the highest industry standards. You will work closely with our repair and detailing teams to ensure exceptional results and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Mix and match paint colours accurately.
- Apply paints, clear coats, and protective finishes using spray-painting equipment.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain spray booths, tools, and equipment in a clean and safe condition.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as an Automotive Spray Painter.
- Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems and refinishing techniques.
- Ability to colour match and blend repairs seamlessly.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant trade qualifications are highly regarded.
- Valid Australian work rights.
