Home to our renowned La Boca Bar and Grill, specialising in Argentinean cuisine, and 11 versatile function rooms catering for events ranging from intimate meetings to conferences of over 300 guests, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional food and beverage service across hotel outlets, including room service where required.
Ensure outlets are set up prior to service, including table set-up and clearance.
Greet and serve guests promptly, professionally and courteously.
Understand the menu, provide recommendations and upsell food and beverage items.
Assist with basic food preparation and light cooking as required (training will be provided).
Respond to guest enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure correct pack-down procedures are followed after service.
Re-stock fridges to par levels and maintain stock in accordance with outlet stock control guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment in accordance with hotel standards.
