About REFLEC CommercialWe specialise in commercial refrigeration — cool rooms, freezers, condensing units and controls. Our focus is simple: clean installs, solid fault finding, and doing the job properly. We’re growing and looking for someone who wants to learn the trade the right way.
The OpportunityThis is not a “carry tools and watch” role. You’ll be working directly with experienced techs, learning real skills from day one across installs, service, and breakdowns.
If you want to become a qualified fridgey/electrician and actually understand what you’re doing—not just get signed off—this is the role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with installs of commercial refrigeration systems
- Fault finding and service work alongside senior techs
- Learning electrical controls and system diagnostics
- Working on cool rooms, freezers, and plant equipment
- Keeping work sites clean, organised, and professional
What We’re Looking For
- 1st or 2nd year apprentice (or committed to starting)
- Shows up on time, every time
- Takes pride in their work (even the small stuff)
- Willing to listen, learn, and ask questions
- Wants a long-term career—not just a job
- Driver’s licence or close to obtaining
