1. Build AI tools for JIRA/Confluence/ Spec Driven analysis and technical documentation.
2. Automate code/search workflows across COBOL, batch, Java, and SQL artifacts.
3. Implement safety guardrails for environment-sensitive operations.
4. Support release quality via CI/CD-aligned checks and traceability.
Must-Have Skills
1. Strong COBOL, Java, SQL and Python + LLM/prompt engineering experience.
2. Experience in AI automation for enterprise engineering workflows.
3. Solid SQL Server and software delivery knowledge.
4. Good communication and stakeholder collaboration.
