About the role
HD Glass Solutions PTY LTD' is seeking a skilled Rope Access Glazier to join our team working across Brisbane and Gold Coast. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing expert glazing services using rope access techniques. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of glass panels and surfaces across a variety of commercial and residential projects.
What you'll be doing
- Safely accessing hard-to-reach areas using rope access equipment to install, maintain, and repair glass panels
- Measuring and fitting glass to precise specifications
- Performing inspections and identifying any issues or defects in existing glass installations
- Troubleshooting problems and implementing effective solutions
- Adhering to all health, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely project completion
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation
What we're looking for
- Formal qualification in glazing or a related building trades discipline
- Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) as a Rope Access Glazier, specifically in a high-rise commercial setting
- Proficiency in rope access techniques and the use of associated equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work safely and adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
