A Night Duty Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical care to patients or residents during overnight shifts, ensuring safety, monitoring health conditions, and responding to emergencies when fewer staff are on duty.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing safe, person-centred nursing care during overnight shifts.
- Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patients' or residents' health status.
- Administering medications, intravenous therapies, and other prescribed treatments.
- Responding promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.
- Coordinating with on-call doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervising enrolled nurses and care staff on night shift.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and handover reports.
- Ensuring compliance with infection control, medication safety, and clinical standards.
- Supporting patients and families while promoting a calm and safe overnight environment.
Pay: $7,500.00 – $7,600.00 per month
