Position Purpose
As a Patient Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding patient experience. You will manage reception and administrative processes, coordinate appointments, and provide clear and empathetic communication to patients, clinicians, and the wider team—ensuring smooth clinic operations and a supportive patient journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional first point of contact for patients in person and via phone/email
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and scheduling for clinicians and patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and data entry in clinical systems
- Process payments, billing, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate patient flow within the clinic and support clinical teams
- Respond to enquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and clinical protocols
- Contribute to a collaborative, respectful team environment
What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a medical reception or healthcare administration role
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach
Strong organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administration
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management systems
