The Lemonade Stand Early Education is looking for a passionate, experienced and inspiring Citrus Chief Manager to lead our beautiful family-owned boutique 57-place Early Learning Service on the beautiful Bribie Island, Queensland.

About the role
As our Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor, you will play a key role in shaping the daily operations, culture and continued growth of The Lemonade Stand Early Education.
You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a dedicated team of educators, supporting high-quality education and care, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements, and creating a positive, professional and nurturing environment for children, families and staff.
This role is all about leadership, role modelling, innovation, communication, support and guidance. You will be supported by an experienced Bachelor-trained Early Childhood Teacher / Approved Provider who is committed to mentoring you and supporting your continued growth and success.

We are looking for someone who brings warmth, confidence, energy and strong leadership to their role. You will be someone who values quality over quantity, relationships over routine, and community over corporate.
To be successful, you will have:
- ACECQA-approved Bachelor of Teaching / Education in Early Childhood Education, Diploma of Children’s Services, or equivalent
- Leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant Director or Service Director
- Current Working with Children Check
- Child Protection Training
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF
- Strong skills in team building, communication, conflict resolution and performance support
- Familiarity with CCMS software
- Understanding of social media tools such as Facebook and Instagram
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine commitment to building strong relationships with children, families and educators
