This isn't your average admin job.
Yes, you'll be the warm, capable face of our front desk — but you'll also be a genuine contributor to how this clinic runs, grows, and improves. One hour you might be helping a patient feel at ease; the next you could be reconciling accounts, refining a clinic system, or running a clinical assessment alongside our podiatrist.
If you're the kind of person who notices when something could work better and actually does something about it — this role was written for you.
Your days will include:
- Welcoming patients and making them feel genuinely comfortable from the moment they walk in
- Managing reception, appointment bookings, and patient flow
- Handling financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and keeping our numbers tidy
- Assisting with social media updates and website content
- Cleaning, sterilising, and preparing podiatry instruments and equipment (full training provided)
- Supporting stock management and clinic organisation
- Maintaining and updating our IT systems, software documentation, and internal procedures
- Running supervised clinical assessments and testing protocols to support the podiatry team
- Spotting gaps in our systems and helping build better ones
What We're Looking For
More than a list of qualifications, we're looking for someone who thinks, cares, and shows up.
You're the right fit if you:
- Are warm, professional, and genuinely enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds
- Think critically and love solving problems — not just flagging them
- Can create a system from scratch and follow one that already exists
- Are comfortable with numbers, money handling, and basic financial reconciliation
- Are confident with technology and motivated to keep our digital documentation current and accurate
- Take initiative without needing to be asked twice
- Work just as well independently as you do as part of a team
- Have strong attention to detail — you notice the things others miss
- Are interested in allied health and the difference good clinical care makes in people's lives
- Share our values of genuine care, teamwork, professionalism, and respect
Experience in allied health or healthcare administration is an advantage, but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, your aptitude, and your willingness to learn.
Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour
