This is a unique opportunity to join our Specialist MS and Other Acquired Neurological Conditions program, supporting people with neurological conditions to achieve sustainable, meaningful employment.
Based in Townsville, you’ll champion inclusive hiring by connecting clients with supportive employers and guiding them into workplaces where they can thrive. As an Employment Development Consultant (EDC), you’ll combine coaching, reverse marketing, and in- work support to break down barriers and create lasting outcomes.
This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:36pm.
- Provide personalised 1:1 support through job search, placement, and retention
- Complete onboarding, assessments, and co- create strengths- based Job Plans
- Partner with clinicians to deliver coordinated, holistic support

Coach clients through resumes, interviews, and workplace expectations

Build employer relationships and manage wage subsidies and Job Access supports
