Female Disability Support Worker – Western Suburbs (Melbourne)

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic Female Disability Support Worker to join our team and provide high‑quality, person‑centred support to an NDIS participant based in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

About the Role
In this role, you will support an NDIS participant with daily living tasks to promote independence, comfort and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care: showering, dressing, continence care, mealtime support
- Assistance with household tasks and daily routines
- Safe manual handling and transfers
- Maintaining a respectful, person‑centred approach at all times
Shift Types
- Daily: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
What You Need
Applicants must hold — or be willing to obtain — the following:
- 100 points of ID
- Medication Administration competency
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Infection Prevention & Control training
- Hand Hygiene training
- Manual Handling training
- NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Police Check
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
Experience & Attributes
We prefer candidates with 6+ months disability support experience, but we also welcome applicants who demonstrate:
