- Extensive clinical experience and advanced practice skills in specialist palliative care.
- Proven ability to provide senior leadership and influence clinical practice at a district level.
- Strong capability to manage competing priorities and expectations from abroad range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in leading and implementing practice change, including in resistant or evolving environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, support, and inspire teams.
- High-level critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and patient centred care.
- Experience in education, clinical supervision, and mentoring within nursing teams.
- Ability to support staff in managing the challenges of a constantly changing healthcare landscape.
