- This is a full-time Fixed Term Contract, located in Airlie Preschool, Oatlands
- The service operates during school terms from 8:30am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

About the opportunity:
At Uniting Airlie Preschool , we believe every child deserves the best start in life. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Service Director to lead our preschool service – someone who can inspire educators, partner with families, and create a nurturing, play-based environment where children thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team of educators
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards
- Foster inclusive, respectful relationships with children, families and the community
- Guide curriculum decisions that promote belonging, wellbeing and curiosity
- Champion continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan
Your Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Teacher or Early Learning leader
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and early childhood best practice
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to Uniting’s values – Compassionate, Respectful, Bold and Imaginative
- Current NSW WWCC Check
