What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and positive Practice Nurse to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who ensures both staff and patients feel valued and happy. You'll help maintain our high standards of care while continuously striving for improvement, all with a smile.
Our Clinic:

- Support System: You'll work with a great practice manager, five experienced receptionists, a fantastic bookkeeper, a first-class IT system, and two dedicated nurses.
- Technology: We use BP, Better Health, Automed, and Cubiko.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will report to the Practice Principal/Practice Manager:
- Deliver quality customer service to doctors, nurses and patients
- Chronic Disease Management
- Maintaining a safe, health and professional working environment
- Preparation of care plans and health assessments
- Assist in developing programs which will enhance patient care
- Immunisations
- Wound management
- Infection Control
- Assisting with minor procedures
- Assisting with iron infusions
- Stock control
- Robust management of recall and reminders
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Current Nurse (AHPRA) registration
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Nurse immuniser qualification
- Experience with Best Practice Software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer skills
- Good time management
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Professional, efficient and passionate nurse
- Ability to multi-task including prioritisation of tasks as clinically appropriate
Pay: $42.00 – $48.00 per hour
