We’re a small residential building company that focuses on detailed architectural homes and renovations. We’re based in the Eastern Suburbs but work all over Sydney. Most of our jobs are high-end, tricky, and detail-driven.

The Role
We’re looking for a good all-round carpenter and Apprentice to join the crew. You’ll be working on architectural builds, renovations, extensions — anything from framing to detailed fit-off. Someone who’s switched on, can think for themselves, and doesn’t need babysitting will fit in well here.
Full time, Casual, Subcontractor positions available.
Day-to-day includes:
- Carpentry across all stages of residential builds
- Helping out with general building tasks when needed
- Working from detailed architectural plans
- Keeping the site tidy and safe
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified carpenter or solid experience
- Apprentice with transport
- Experience on architectural or high-end jobs is a big plus
- Someone who cares about the details
- Can read plans and problem-solve on site
- White Card
- Own tools + reliable transport
- Good attitude — if you're reliable and easy to get along with, that’s half the job
