We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our timber manufacturing team (Monday and Friday WORK ONLY). The successful candidate will assist with the production, handling, and processing of timber products while ensuring workplace safety and maintaining quality standards. This role involves physical work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing and processing of timber products.
- Load, unload, and move timber materials within the factory or yard.
- Operate basic machinery and tools used in timber production (training provided if required).
- Support machine operators and production staff in daily tasks.
- Perform cutting, stacking, sorting, and packaging of timber products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite, warehouse, and equipment.
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure timber products meet company standards.
- Follow all Work Health and Safety (WHS) procedures and company policies.
- Assist with inventory handling and stock movement when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, timber, or labouring roles is preferred but not essential.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling and lifting tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Forklift licence (desirable but not mandatory).

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under supervision.
