Located at our headquarters in Bilbul NSW, we have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Tradesperson to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll play an important role in ensuring our winery plant and equipment operate safely and efficiently. You'll be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns, and completing repairs to minimise production downtime. Working across a range of winery machinery, you'll use your technical expertise to diagnose faults, perform repairs and ensure equipment is operating safely and reliably. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out routine preventative maintenance on winery plant, equipment and machinery.
- Inspecting, servicing and maintaining pumps, valves, fittings and other cellar equipment.

Responding to equipment breakdowns and performing fault finding, repairs and testing.
- Operating a variety of powered and non-powered hand tools.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and completing work in line with manufacturer specifications.
- Working collaboratively with the Maintenance and Cellar teams to support daily operations.
- Ensuring effective communication during shift handovers where required.
- Following all Workplace Health & Safety policies, procedures and safe work practices.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and reliable tradesperson who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. You'll be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you'll have:

A relevant trade qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Sound knowledge of general maintenance practices and machinery operation.
- Experience using powered and non-powered hand tools.
- Basic welding skills (mild steel and stainless steel).
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A current Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential).
