About the role:
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Management Office, you'll lead enterprise projects and demand management processes, shape and prioritise strategic initiatives, and partner with executives, senior business leaders, Digital & Transformation, Finance and external vendors to drive successful outcomes.
As our Enterprise Project & Enablement Lead, you'll also:
- Lead strategic projects from planning to delivery and benefits realisation
- Manage enterprise demand intake, prioritisation and initiative shaping
- Deliver portfolio reporting, insights and governance support
- Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and delivery outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills
- End to end project coordination experience
- Human-centred design and workshop facilitation
- Expertise in governance, reporting and analysis.
