Woods & Co have partnered with a fast growing, market leading consultancy, seeking a driven B2B Sales Consultant to join a high performing sales team, uncovering and qualifying opportunities for our senior consulting team.
As a Sales Consultant, you'll engage small to medium (SME) Australian businesses, introduce our client's solutions, and secure qualified appointments for our senior consulting team.

- $65,000 - $70,000 + Super + Comms (OTE: $100k)

What you'll do:
- Make 30 to 40 outbound calls per day across a mix of warm and cold leads
- Manage deal cycles, from obtaining the client's from initial contact through to to tender and close
- Build and manage a pipeline of SME clients across industries
- Work with SME clients with accounts worth several hundred thousand dollars
- Report to the Sales Manager, with oversight from the CEO
What you need?
- 2+ years in a B2B sales environment, ideally in a phone based or solutions sales role
- Team Management/Leadership position with in Retail or Hospitality
- Recent Graduate or availability to work full-time
- Confident, resilient phone manner suited to high volume outbound sales
- Self motivated with the drive to build and manage your own client base
- Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from lead through to close
