Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – Part Time/ Full Time
NSW Academy of Early Learning is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our professional team.
As the Early Childhood Teacher at NSW Academy, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality educational program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), the National Quality Framework (NQF), and the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
About the Role:
- Plan, implement and evaluate engaging learning experiences that support children’s learning and development.
- Build secure, respectful and responsive relationships with children and families.
- Observe, assess and document children’s learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with educators to provide a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Promote children’s wellbeing, safety, agency and participation.
- Maintain professional documentation and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standard (NQS), Child Safe Standards and Child Protection responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality education and care.
