About the role
Lead cutting-edge clinical trials from start-up to close-out, ensuring every study is delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient safety.
Be at the heart of the patient journey, coordinating recruitment, assessments, treatment, follow-up, and education while delivering an outstanding participant experience.
Collaborate with leading clinicians, researchers, sponsors, and multidisciplinary teams to drive study success, solve complex challenges, and keep trials running seamlessly.
Take ownership of research governance, managing ethics submissions, regulatory requirements, study documentation, and monitoring activities with confidence and precision.
Make a real impact by improving clinical trial processes, championing innovation, and contributing to life-changing research that advances patient care and shapes the future of healthcare.
About you
Proven experience coordinating complex, multi-modality clinical trials, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to critical deadlines.
Strong understanding of clinical research, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ethics, governance, and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to quality and compliance.
Exceptional communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word), electronic medical records, clinical trial databases, and research management systems.
A supportive and proactive leader who enjoys mentoring junior staff, building strong multidisciplinary relationships, and driving successful research outcomes
