The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and result–driven with a passion for sales. Excellent communication and people skills are a must!
Location: Gympie, North Brisbane, Sunshine Coast
The Role:
- Lead generation
- Greeting prospective buyers, following up on all leads and enquiries
- Consulting with customers to design their perfect home, providing suitable solutions for their budgets and needs
- Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
- Building and developing a network of industry partners such as land developers, finance brokers, etc.
- Adding value to a team environment
Key Requirements:
- Preferred minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales/customer service role
- Experience in residential building ideal but not essential
- Home design skills looked upon favourably
- A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
- Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills
- Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities
- IT/Computer Savvy
- Drivers Licence and reliable motor vehicle
- Strong problem solving skills
