Whether you already have detailing experience or you're starting from scratch, we'll provide the training and mentorship to help you become a professional detailer and ceramic coating technician.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same. Your work may include:
- Premium interior and exterior detailing
- Paint decontamination and preparation
- Machine polishing and paint correction
- Ceramic coating preparation and application
- Working from both our Horsley workshop and on mobile detailing jobs
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Treating every vehicle with genuine care and attention
What You'll Learn
This isn't just another detailing role.
You'll receive hands-on training in:
- Professional paint correction
- Ceramic coating installation
- Safe washing and decontamination methods
- Premium detailing techniques
- Customer service and professionalism
- Working efficiently while maintaining high standards

Who We're Looking For
You don't need years of experience—you need the right attitude.
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves cars and takes pride in their work
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Is reliable, punctual and honest
- Wants to learn and improve every day
- Works well independently and in a team
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Holds a current driver's licence (or is close to obtaining one)
Previous detailing experience is an advantage, but it's not essential.
