Senior Lash & Brow Artist (Part-Time)
Join one of Sydney’s leading lash and brow salons.
Kiki Lashes is looking for an experienced Senior Lash & Brow Artist with 3-5 years of industry experience who takes pride in delivering beautiful work, exceptional customer service, and consistent results.
This role is suited to someone who is already confident performing lash and brow services independently. While we provide training in the Kiki Lashes techniques, styling and systems, we are looking for an artist who already has strong technical skills and is ready to become part of our team.
We believe great artists never stop learning. Even our most experienced team members continue to refine their techniques through ongoing in-house training and education to ensure we continue delivering the highest standard of work.
You will be working across our beautiful salons in Willoughby, Crows Nest and Neutral Bay.
What you’ll be doing
- Applying Classic, Hybrid, Handmade Volume and Pre-made Volume lash extensions.
- Bonus if you have experience creating Anime lash sets.
- Performing brow mapping, waxing, tinting, hybrid dye, brow laminations and lash lifts.
- Conducting thorough consultations and recommending the most suitable treatments for each client.
- Applying lashes with gentle handling while maintaining the health of the natural lashes.
- Providing exceptional customer service from consultation through to aftercare.
- Rebooking clients and recommending suitable retail products when appropriate.
- Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings.
- Assisting with reception duties when required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic workspace.
- Working towards individual and team performance goals.
Technical standards
We have structured treatment times, so confidence, consistency and efficiency are important.
Expected treatment times include:
- Classic Half Set (55 lashes per eye): 60 minutes
- Classic Full Set (90 lashes per eye): 75 minutes
- Hybrid Set: 90 minutes
- Pre-made Volume Set: 90 minutes
- Handmade Volume Set: approximately 2 hours, depending on styling
Training will be provided in our styling, techniques and salon systems.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in lash extensions.
- Confident performing Handmade Volume, Pre-made Volume, Hybrid and Classic lash extensions.
- Bonus if experienced in Anime lash styling.
- Confident performing brow mapping, waxing, tinting, hybrid dye, brow laminations and lash lifts.
- Excellent isolation and gentle application techniques.
- Strong consultation and communication skills.
- Ability to recommend styles that best suit each client’s eye shape, lifestyle and desired outcome.
- High attention to detail.
- Professional presentation.
- Reliable, punctual and organised.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon.
- Positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Willing to work across our Willoughby, Crows Nest and Neutral Bay salons.
Availability
Applicants must be available to:
- Work Saturdays.
- Work late nights on Wednesdays and Thursdays (up to 8:00pm).

Qualifications
Preferred:
- Beauty Certificate I-IV.
- Lash Extension Certification.
