The Behaviour Practitioner provides person-centred behaviour support services to NDIS participants who display behaviours of concern. The role involves conducting behavioural assessments, developing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans, working collaboratively with families and support teams, and ensuring compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
The practitioner aims to improve participant wellbeing, increase independence, and reduce restrictive practices through evidence-based interventions.
Pay: From $150.00 per hour
