Limoncello Cafe is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team.
Location: 54 Station Street, Sandringham
About the Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of our café, creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding service and supporting the daily operation of the café.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food (training provided if required).
- Operate the POS system and process payments.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly.
- Clear and reset tables, keeping the café clean and presentable.
- Restock display cabinets and service stations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and barista team.
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Current Australian working rights.
