2025 - 2026: RN Graduate Program.
Graduate Nurse Support is provided by:

Clinical support, mentorship and organisational education opportunities;

Supernumerary and orientation time are provided within the program structure, as is Annual Leave per the EBA
-
Paid study days spread throughout the program with additional study days offered
-
Regular debriefing;
-
Access to a variety of interactive E-Learning programs including targeted online CPD topics to assist your development.

Key Selection Criteria
Registered Nurse
Qualifications / Experience
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions.
Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills
- Sound understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Registered Nurse
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors and staff at all levels within the organisation
- Ability to practice collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Knowledge of and involvement in evidence-based practice and research activities
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development to ensure working within current scope of practice
- Excellent organisational skills particularly with respect to time management
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and computer skills at the level required to fulfil that role
