Meltemi is seeking passionate Casual Chefs to join our dynamic team at Meltemi and help deliver outstanding Mediterranean dining experiences.

This role requires someone with:
- Minimum two years of experience as CDP.
- Proficiency in preparing ingredients (vegetables, meat, seafood)
- Ability to handle frying and grilling during busy services
- Organized, calm, clean, and fast work ethic
- Capability to manage a section in the service kitchen during peak hours
- Commitment to thorough kitchen cleaning at the end of each service
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and contribute to the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Assist in the development and execution of Mediterranean-inspired menus.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency.
- Ensure food safety and compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Oversee inventory, supplier relations, and kitchen organization (for Sous Chef/CDP).
- Incorporate Mediterranean cooking techniques, including rotisserie and grilling (as required).
