Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales floor with enthusiasm and expertise, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results.
- Oversee the overall appearance and day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You'll collaborate closely with the Senior Store Manager or Customer Experience Manager, or step up in their absence.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies that accelerate store sales and set new benchmarks.
- Act as a role model for best-in-class selling behaviors, providing coaching and guidance to elevate performance levels.
- Motivate and empower associates, unlocking their individual potential for extraordinary selling results.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by developing the product knowledge of your team, enhancing their ability to deliver exceptional sales.
- Take charge of the talent life cycle for your direct reports, including recruitment, hiring, training, development, performance management, terminations, and succession planning.
- Lead your team in maintaining merchandise presentation standards, ensuring an engaging shopping environment.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Previous retail management experience in a high-volume, service-driven environment.
- Proven ability to effectively delegate, follow-up, and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to juggle complex and competing priorities. Strong attention to detail, even while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in talent assessment, coaching, development, and performance management.
- Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical skills to drive success.
