The Opportunity
Fuji International Kindergarten is seeking an experienced full-time Office Manager to join our team and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the service. Working closely with centre management, this role is responsible for maintaining efficient office systems, administrative processes and operational support functions across the centre.
We are a large early learning centre located in Robina, caring for children from 6 weeks to school age. This is a Monday to Friday position.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating day-to-day office administration and operational support activities
- Maintaining enrolment, workplace and administrative records in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements
- Organising and maintaining office systems, procedures and administrative documentation
- Assisting management with the implementation and review of administrative policies, procedures and operational processes
- Coordinating compliance-related documentation, audit records and administrative reporting requirements
- Monitoring administrative workflows and ensuring office tasks are completed efficiently
- Liaising with families, educators, management, service providers, IT support and external stakeholders regarding administrative and operational matters
- Coordinating payroll, rostering, human resource and financial administration activities
- Organising office supplies, equipment maintenance and service coordination to support efficient workplace operations
What we look for to be successful in this role:
- Previous experience in office management, administration or operations coordination.
- Understanding the laws, regulations and environment of a child care centre and that National Quality Framework which governs our industry
- Excellent time management skills, detailed orientated and computer savvy.
- Experience maintaining administrative systems, records and workplace documentation
- Confidence working collaboratively with management, staff and families
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems/software
- Experience in the early childhood education and care sector will be highly regarded
- A valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card or ability to obtain prior to commencement
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Completion of child safety training delivered through GECCKO (14 days from when they are employed or before they work directly with children)
Qualifications and Experience Expected
You should hold at least a Diploma with 1 year of relevant experience.
Pay: Up to $77,000.00 per year
