Anytime Fitness Knox is looking for driven membership consultant who has a strong desire to be a part of the biggest fitness brand in Australia! This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a young and thriving team in one of the most successful gyms in 3152.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day
- Working towards hitting individual and sales targets.
- Appointment setting with incoming leads.
- Servicing new and current members
- Meeting team targets and continually striving to improve
- Lead generation via outreach and inreach
- Making the club fun and enjoyable for the team and all club members
- Assist the club manager
About you:
- You're passionate about fitness, patient and cool under pressure with relevant customer service.
- You're comfortable on the phones and are motivated by hitting and exceeding targets
- You're comfortable communicating at all levels. You're curious and love to learn about people so that you can cater their specific goals to our facility.
- You're a team player. You love speaking up for what you believe in. People can count on you to offer a helping hand.
- You're able to work up to 20 hours per week on a rotating roster that includes weekends.
Need to have:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Police Check
Pay: $25.00 – $33.00 per hour
