About the role
As we continue to grow and improve, we are currently seeking two talented Structural Engineers to join our Structures Engineering Branch. This is your chance to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team within one of Australia’s leading infrastructure and network management organisations.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and undertake investigations and designs for new bridges, as well as refurbishment projects for bridge maintenance, strengthening, and widening.
- Deliver concept and detailed designs for new bridge structures.
- Prepare design briefs, specifications, and contract documentation for bridge construction projects.
- Provide specialist technical advice on design-related matters to project stakeholders and relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining positive working relationships.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Degree in Civil Engineering (minimum requirement).
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in bridge design, structural theory, and the properties of engineering materials.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and provide technical advice.
- A self-motivated and driven approach to delivering projects to the highest standards.

- Preparation of contract documentation, specifications and technical report writing
- Building and enhancing stakeholder relationships.
