Mental Health Clinician – Case Manager
Permanent full-time | 5 weeks annual leave + monthly day off included
Box Hill location – Doncaster Continuing Care Team | Easy access to public transport, shopping, and dining options
Open to Grade 3 Registered Psychiatric Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers, and Grade 2 Psychologists
$92,627.60 - $124,498 per annum (pro rata) dependent on qualifications and experience
About the role
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will work in partnership with consumers, carers, families and other service providers to deliver high-quality assessments, intensive case management, and discipline-specific mental health assessment, treatment, consultation, and community linkage services within a recovery-oriented model of care.

About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist with appropriate registration and experience as outlined in the position description.
Sound theoretical knowledge of clinical assessment and interventions in mental health.
Demonstrated commitment to and ability to practice utilising the recovery approach in mental health treatment and support.
A solid commitment to high-quality care.
The ability to work as part of a diverse team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role, and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
