the most suitable applicant will demonstrate their applied knowledge, skills, and experience against these essential role requirements of the Individual Contributor leadership stream:
- Demonstrated experience and/or clinical knowledge in their field of expertise in assessing, managing and treating offenders deemed as high harm/complex needs which may include offenders who have engaged, or may engage in violent, sexual, extremist of fixated related offending
- Experience in the administration and interpretation of psychometric, offender risk and/or allied health professional tools used in the assessment of offenders risk/harm and or treatment/intervention needs
- Experience working within, or an understanding of a criminal justice environment, particularly within either a custodial or community-based correctional environment
- Ability to effectively liaise with other clinicians, practitioners and field experts
- Knowledge and understanding the application of theories, models and research related to behavioural change techniques
- Achieves results through identifying and using resources wisely, responding positively to change and managing responsibilities and projects through to completion.
- Supports productive working relationships
- Displays personal drive and integrity
- Communicates clearly and with influence, negotiates confidently
