About Full Face Orthodontics
Full Face Orthodontics is a specialist orthodontic practice focused on airway-focused orthodontics and comprehensive patient care. We operate across two Melbourne practices in Brunswick West and Malvern, providing a professional, patient-centred environment with a strong focus on quality clinical outcomes and exceptional patient experience.
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Nurse to join our team and work across both locations.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with our orthodontists, dentists and clinical team to provide high-quality chairside assistance and support the smooth running of our clinics.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident, organised, reliable and enjoys working in a busy orthodontic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting with orthodontic and dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and clinical equipment
- Assisting with orthodontic appliances, braces, aligners, expanders and other procedures
- Sterilisation and infection control procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked clinical environment
- Preparing instruments and materials for appointments
- Taking clinical photographs and assisting with records and imaging as required
- Providing friendly and professional support to patients and families
- Communicating effectively with orthodontists, dentists and the wider team
- Following practice protocols and maintaining high standards of infection control
- Assisting with stock management and clinical room organisation
- Supporting the team with general clinical duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous dental nursing experience, preferably within orthodontics
- Is confident working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is professional, friendly and patient-focused
- Is reliable, punctual and well organised
- Can work effectively as part of a team
- Has a strong understanding of infection control and sterilisation
- Is willing to work across both Brunswick West and Malvern
- Has a positive attitude and is keen to learn and develop their orthodontic knowledge

Pay: $52,880.00 – $88,942.91 per year
