About our Role:
Maritime structures are in our DNA, from our Aztec Analysis roots to one of the premier ports and marine design firms in Australia and New Zealand. We are proud and excited to continue to develop our VIC/TAS offices with the addition of a Principal Structural Engineer who has the ability to build relationships, mentor staff and provide exceptional engineering advice to our valued clients. Borders are no barriers, with a strong desire for growth in the Ports and Marine market across New Zealand, NSW and QLD, why not extend your reach?
About you:
- Above all have a collaborative mindset; we work together regardless of your regional focus or technical speciality
- Maritime Engineering background, preferably with a Structural discipline, but we will consider Coastal and Civil disciplines
- Proven project leadership capabilities. Managing design packages, client liaison and project performance is second nature!
- Consulting Engineering experience, and ideally exposure to working with Contractors
- Ability to lead and mentor technical Structural Maritime Engineers and designers
- Desire to grow an already high-performing team and maintain an enjoyable environment
- Have existing client relationships or the ability to develop relationships
- Chartered Engineering status
