What you'll be doing:
Supporting our chefs day-to-day, from food prep, plating, keeping the kitchen clean and running smoothly, and occasionally helping out with catering events. It's fast-paced but rewarding, and every shift keeps you on your toes.
We're after someone who:
- Has at least 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Brings a strong work ethic and pays attention to detail
- Works well as part of a team and is reliable
- Vietnamese cooking background is a bonus, not a must
