Your new role:
As the Senior Psychologist, you'll play a key role in delivering advanced psychological services within the Adult Community Mental Health Team. Working as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll provide expert assessment, intervention and case management for consumers with complex mental health needs while supporting service excellence and continuous improvement.
In this role you will:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychology services, including assessment, intervention, case management and recovery-focused care.
Provide clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring to junior psychologists, students and Allied Health Assistants.
Contribute to service development, quality improvement and research initiatives that enhance consumer outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to support coordinated, patient-centred care and hospital avoidance.
About you:
You're an experienced and compassionate psychologist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional mental health care. You bring advanced clinical skills, strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
You will bring:
General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA (Clinical Psychology endorsement and Board-approved Supervisor status highly regarded).
Extensive experience delivering psychological services within adult community mental health settings.
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to mentor and support others.
A commitment to continuous improvement, evidence-based practice and delivering person-centred, recovery-oriented care.
