Details: Infrastructure Canberra (iCBR) is seeking a highly capable and strategic leader to join our People, Engagement and Operations division as Director, Culture and Industrial Relations.
This critical role contributes to shaping iCBR’s workplace culture and industrial relations environment. You will provide high-level strategic advice on employment and industrial relations matters, including enterprise bargaining, workforce transitions and policy development. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will partner with senior leaders to drive contemporary culture initiatives, strengthen organisational capability and embed people-focused strategies that deliver on iCBR’s priorities.
You will play a key role in:

Leading industrial relations strategy, enterprise agreement implementation and policy development

Providing expert advice on complex workplace relations issues across the directorate

Driving culture and diversity initiatives aligned with organisational priorities

Supporting a high-performing, values-led workforce that reflects ACTPS principles

Eligibility/Other requirements: Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in public sector employment or industrial relations in a diverse organisation would be highly regarded.
