Project Supervisor – Civil
Aestec Services are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor – Civil to join our growing team in Gladstone.
This position is not suitable for FIFO or DIDO arrangements, as it requires a consistent on-site presence.

We are seeking people who:

Have demonstrated experience supervising civil construction or maintenance projects

Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams

Live locally to Gladstone or are willing to relocate

Can effectively coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to achieve project outcomes

Have a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity

Are experienced in delivering projects on time and within budget
Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with your team to deliver safe, efficient, and productive project outcomes

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed to required standards

Coordinate labour, plant, equipment, subcontractors, and materials across multiple work fronts

Manage project costs, resources, and schedules to meet client expectations
-
Develop scopes of work, project plans, and support successful project delivery

Ensure compliance with WHS policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
-
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships

Foster and promote a culture of Zero Harm
It would be great if you also have:
-
Relevant Civil Construction qualification or Trade Certificate (highly desirable)

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the civil construction industry

Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, project delivery, and workforce coordination

Experience managing civil works such as earthworks, concrete, drainage, roadworks, or infrastructure projects
-
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-
A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
