EVENT CREW — CONTRACTOR / FREELANCE/CASUAL
Decor It Studio is an event décor hire and styling studio. We're on the lookout for like-minded events superstars with a can-do attitude and a nothing-is-impossible vibe to join our crew on a contract basis for the 2026/2027 season. This role covers onsite venue set-up and pack-down shifts across Melbourne, plus warehouse staffing at our Tullamarine HQ. It is based on your availability and as require don a project-to-project basis.
Your Creative Canvas Will Include:
· Bumping in and out of events, prepping and packing jobs ahead of time
· Loading and unloading vans, and delivering jobs to venues across Melbourne
· Setting up events with some guided styling input
· Post-event pack up on location, loading the van, and unloading back at HQ
· Cleaning and putting away stock where necessary
· Some heavy lifting and working to short time frames
Working across Melbourne's most amazing venues and being part of a team that creates beautiful installations and styling is an experience in itself.
