We’re a fun, young and vibrant team looking for a Property Manager to support our City property management team! The ideal candidate would be committed and reliable with exceptional communication and people skills. You will be managing a portfolio with landlords and tenants using PropertyMe software. This role will be fast paced and challenging and requires someone with experience or the drive to learn and succeed.
Requirements
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- Current Police Check (National Police Certificate)
- Office hour Monday to Friday from 9:30am-6:00pm
- Corporately presented
- Customer Service focused
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written & verbal) with ability to convey information effectively and resolve disputes if necessary.
- High organisational and time management skills
- Maturity and a strong sense of responsibility
- Negotiation skills
- Computer literacy essential
- Previous use with PropertyMe an advantage
- Comprehensive understanding of legislation requirements and leasing practices

Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Liaising with tenants and landlords via email and telephone
- Arranging with maintenance for tenants
- Routine, Entry and exit inspections on properties
- Rent arrears
- Monitor and renew rental agreements
- Communicating with supervisors and giving an update on properties
- Preparing tribunal court documents
- General Office and Property Management duties
- Preparation for lease signing
- Organising of open times for open inspections
- Answering rental enquiries via email and telephone
- Processing potential tenant application forms
- Reference checking for tenants
Salary commensurate with experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Pay: $55,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
