We are a dental clinic in Mascot, Sydney with a close-knit, supportive and friendly team. We have trained all our staff from scratch and we promote ongoing training and development. Due to our continuous growth, we are now looking for the next amazing team member who is ready to grow with our clinic!
What we are looking for
- Attitude, attitude and attitude! you must be willing and open to learn
- Must be able to engage patients at every stage of their dental experience, making them feel comfortable and welcome
- Energetic, friendly, reliable and a dedicated team player
- Exceptional customer service skills (hospitality, sales or marketing background advantageous!)
- Good with computers: basic MS Word and Excel
Key Responsibilities:
- assisting the dentist chair-side
- sterilization of dental instruments
- making appointments, receiving payments
- answering enquiries and assisting patients on the phone and in person
- social media/marketing tasks
- general administrative tasks and maintenance of the dental clinic
Previous dental assisting, reception, sales or marketing, customer service experience an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
This position may begin as a casual role with flexible days and hours with the possibility of a permanent role in the future. Evenings and Saturdays may be required. Remuneration based on skills and experience.
