Job Description:
- Writes, edits, and proofreads copy for proposals, presentations, reports, statements of qualifications, and related marketing materials of a routine nature.

Supports more senior writers on projects.

Researches, writes, and updates information for internal database sources, including project descriptions, resumes, and other qualifications materials.

Ensures marketing and visual presentation information and files are maintained and up-to-date.

Responds promptly to requests for marketing materials and information.

Maintains reliable, accurate, and high-quality databases for use in marketing and promotional activities.

Performs other duties as required.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent command of grammar and spelling. Proficient in MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and SharePoint applications. Ability to organize, negotiate, and drive proposal schedules. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to participate as a contributing member of a team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. 3 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
