The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated Packaging Assistant, to take part in and support our Packaging Team at our Port Melbourne manufacturing facility. This is a casual role with real potential, if you're keen to learn and grow.
You don't need to have done this exact job before. What matters is that you show up, pay attention to detail, and take pride in the work you do.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll get hands-on with our canning and production processes, working as part of a tight-knit crew that takes pride in craftsmanship. Your day might include:
- Running and monitoring automated canning machinery
- Preparing and batching cocktail ingredients (think spirits, mixers, and infusions)
- Inspecting cans for fill accuracy, seals, and labels
- Packing finished product into cartons and building pallets for dispatch
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to food-grade standards
- Helping with cleaning and changeovers between runs
- Keeping the vibe positive and the line moving smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Someone reliable, punctual, and genuinely keen to learn
- A good eye for detail and a quality-first mindset
- The ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Some experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is a bonus, but not essential
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia
