The purpose of this role is to provide on-site and remote Level 2 ICT support, incident management and request fulfilment services across a range of technology environments, ensuring reliable and effective technology services for Queensland Health.
What you'll do
In this role you will provide technical support to Queensland Health sites, configure and maintain ICT environments, investigate and resolve incidents, support end-user devices and enterprise applications, assist with system monitoring and maintenance activities, manage service requests and escalations, contribute to service improvement initiatives, maintain technical documentation, and ensure agreed service levels are achieved across supported technology domains.
