Familiarity with the telco industry
Past Team Leader or call centre role
Proficiency in SD-WAN, MPLS, & Layer 2 networks
Knowledge of managed services like cloud connect, hosted phones, routing, and switching
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
Solve problems and think like a leader
Strong personal organisation and time management
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Effective as an independent worker and a team player
Quick learner who adapts to change
How will you support our “Why?”
Oversee daily operations of the Business Support team by assigning tasks as needed
Lead and develop our skilled support officers to effectively assist our business customers
Create and implement improved business processes to enhance the support experience
Foster strong relationships across the organisation and engage key stakeholders
Collaborate with other team leaders and management to meet team KPIs for maximum customer satisfaction
Assess performance and provide training or coaching opportunities when necessary
