HR TRUCK DRIVER WANTED WITH FORKLIFT TICKET – Perth airport, WA
Looking for an experienced HR Truck Driver to join our team perth Airport, WA Full-timeYou will operate a 8 tonne delivery truck, completing courier deliveries safely and efficiently. Previous truck-driving or delivery experience will be beneficial also training will be provided to the successful applicant.
What we offer
* $36.50 per hour, paid through payroll under your TFN (no ABN Please)
* 12% superannuation in addition to your hourly rate
* Full-time employment—38 hours per week
* Monday-to-Friday work
* Additional pay for approved overtime (Paid at 1.5x)
* Additional hours may be available during peak periods

Key responsibilities
* Safely operate a 8 tonne delivery truck
* Collect and deliver parcels and pallet freight and other items according to the assigned schedule
* Load and unload items safely
* Complete required delivery records and documentation
* Conduct routine vehicle safety checks
* Follow road laws, workplace procedures and safety requirements
* Communicate professionally with customers and the operations team
* Work additional hours when reasonably required during peak periods
To be successful, you must have
* Forklift ticket with experience
* A current Australian Heavy Rigid (HR) driver’s licence or higher.
* Full and unrestricted Australian working rights No students please.
* The ability to obtain and maintain a satisfactory National Police Check
* The ability to successfully complete a medical assessment relevant to commercial driving requirements
* The physical ability to safely lift and handle items weighing up to 15 kg
* Willingness to work additional hours during busy periods
* A safe driving attitude and reliable work ethic
* Good communication and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and follow delivery instructionsPrevious courier, delivery or truck-driving experience is desirable but not essential.
